Executive Recruitment

Each of our 16 schools is different, with its own local context, and with different needs for its young people, families and staff. It is important to us that schools to retain their individuality, whilst benefiting from working in partnership with other members of the Anthem family.

Collaboration is a cornerstone of our culture - sharing ‘what works’ in our teaching and learning practice across and beyond the Trust, and together making our schools great places to work and learn.

Our primary schools are grouped into two regional clusters: East Midlands, which also includes one of our five secondary schools, The Deepings; and London and the Thames Valley. Each cluster is overseen by an Education Director.

The remaining four secondary schools are currently overseen by Anthem’s CEO and an Interim Education Director, pending the appointment of a permanent replacement for the Trust’s Secondary Education Director who recently moved on to a similar role in another large multi-academy trust

These Education Directors are ultimately responsible for the delivery of education within their group of schools, including standards, leadership and performance.

Each Education Director is supported by a School Improvement Team made up of seconded practitioners from across their cluster, who work in collaboration with schools to effectively implement and deliver specific school improvement priorities.
